Enhance Basic Work: Conduct single-color lift rate tests on various dyes. Create a set of manual and machine scraping procedures in the laboratory. Prepare samples and randomly select several dyes for the following comparative tests: machine printing with large steamer steaming, machine printing with small steamer steaming, hand printing with large steamer steaming, and hand printing with small steamer steaming. Additionally, perform machine washing and hand washing tests for both machine and hand printing samples.
Add a machine scraping sample process between the sample confirmation and sample placement processes.
Strictly control controllable factors: Numerous controllable factors exist between printing samples and large-scale production, including the name, strength, and origin of dyes and auxiliaries; the method of preparing the original paste; the proportion of pulp used; and the type of original paste, among others.
